As a reminder read the information below.
- You may qualify only if you currently live in DuPage County (this will be verified) AND:
- You only qualify for our program if you are not receiving toys through another program.
- There must be at least one child between the ages of 1-9 registered to qualify for our program. Children ages 10-12 may be included (in addition to younger children), but we cannot guarantee an item for that age group.
- You will be required to provide additional documents before we can approve you for this year’s toy program. See the complete list below (attach them electronically via the toy request system online):
- Valid Photo ID
- Document showing current address with parent name (if not shown on valid ID)
- Proof of income OR proof of government program (WIC, etc.)
- Proof of children in the household (report card, medical card list, etc.)
- If legal guardian was selected as the relationship, proof of official guardianship
What you need to know at the time of toy pickup:
- On the appointment date of pickup, you must provide the “Approval Number” provided to you via your approval confirmation email. Please check your spam/junk mail for the email with the direct link.
- This is a “No Contact” pickup. This means all toys will be pre-selected according to your registered children and will be selected by our shoppers when you arrive and will be brought to your vehicle.
- When you arrive, park in the instructed spaces and stay in your vehicle. So that we know you are picking up toys, be sure to turn on your hazard lights and a team member will assist you.
- Included with the items provided, we will provide at least 1-2 toys per child as available inventory permits.
- All toy selections are final - we do not exchange toys pre-selected by our team.
- Due to the traffic for this year’s format, appointment date and time will be strictly followed. If you do not arrive on your approved date/time, we will not be able to provide toys. Please plan accordingly.
