Review the information below to better understand what is required and what to expect on the day of toy pickup:

• • You can only receive toys from Sharing Connections if you are not receiving toys from another organization. 
• • Current photo identification is required with DuPage County address for the registered parent/legal guardian. P.O. Box addresses are not permitted as proof of residence. 
• • An official issued document displaying the current address with child’s name is required per child. The address must match the parent’s address. 
• • Toys are provided to children 9 years old and younger. You may register your children that are 10-12 years old, but suitable toys might not be available. 
• • Only the parent/legal guardian (legal documentation required) is permitted to enter the warehouse and select the toys on the appointment date. 
• • We provide one (1) toy per child. Additional toys/items only provided when available.
• • Due to the high response rate, we cannot reschedule appointments. If you fail to show on your assigned appointment date and time, you will not be permitted to receive toys through our program.
• • For everyone’s safety, children are not permitted on the date of the pickup. The warehouse and waiting area are reserved for adults only—no exceptions. If you arrive with children, our volunteers will be selecting the toys for you.
• • You can only use our toy program a maximum of three (3) times in a lifetime.
