As a reminder read the information below.
- • You may qualify only if you currently live in DuPage County AND:
- • Previously used the toy program in 2018 or 2019 or
- • Previously used the Furniture, Bed, Crib or Clothing Only services through Sharing Connections in 2018, 2019 or 2020.
What you need to know at the time of toy pickup:
- • Our program may only be valid for children up to 9 years of age.
- • On the appointment date of pickup, you must provide your name and the “4-digit Approval Number” provided to you via your online request or our confirmation phone call. All confirmations with the 4-digit approval number have now been posted to the online toy requests. Phone calls will be made Dec. 1st-11th, 2020. Please check your spam/junk mail for the email with the direct link.
- • This is a “No Contact” pickup. This means all toys will be pre-selected according to your registered children and will be ready for pickup at the time of the appointment.
- • When you arrive, park in the instructed spaces and stay in your vehicle. So that we know you are picking up toys, be sure to turn on your hazard lights and a team member will assist you.
- • All toy selections are final - we do not exchange items pre-selected by our team.
- • Due to the increased traffic for this year’s format, appointment date and time will be strictly followed. If you do not arrive on your approved date/time, we will not be able to provide toys. Please plan accordingly.
